Upcoming Asphalt Certification Courses:
Starting this August, an exam-only option will be offered by Tri-County Technical College. The SCDOT Technician Certification Board has recently made changes to the policy in reference to Asphalt Roadway Technician (ART) and Earthwork Technician re-certification only. During the one-day testing period, two testing sessions are available from 8 am to 12 pm and 1 pm to 5 pm. Individuals may take both the ART and Earthwork re-certification exams on the same day.
