SCAPA Exhibits at the 2016 SC Highway Engineers Conference

On March 22-23, 2016, SCAPA participated as an exhibitor at the SC Highway Engineers Conference. Over 650 attendees were present during the two-day event hosted at the Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center.
SCAPA was there to exhibit and promote the many benefits of asphalt pavement before engineers, contractors, and professionals responsible for the design, construction, and maintenance of the state's highway system.
There were technical presentations on new innovations and technologies, as well as legislative and policy updates. Additionally, there was a keynote presentation during the first day's luncheon on workforce development.
This was an excellent opportunity for SCAPA to demonstrate the advantages of asphalt over other materials.
