SCAPA's ED and TD attend the SC Highway Engineers Conference

SCAPA Executive Director Jayson R. Jordan, PE and Technical Director Kimberly Lyons, PhD were excited to reconnect with member and industry partners at the SC Highway Engineers Conference earlier this month. This conference draws a large number of engineers from the private sector and SCDOT and provides our staff an excellent opportunity to promote asphalt to professionals within the industry.
