The SCAPA Board of Directors and Staff are excited to announce that we will be having our Summer Conference at the legendary Inn on Biltmore Estate® in Asheville, NC. We are working on a few final details for the event. Registration and sponsorship opportunities will launch next week on the SCAPA home page.

HOTEL ROOM BLOCK INFORMATION: Reservations can be made online by using the links provided below or by calling (866) 779-6277 and referencing the group name.
The Inn on Biltmore Estate™ room rate is $339.00 plus tax/fees per night. Reserve using this link: SCAPA 2021- Inn on Biltmore Estate. A deposit equaling one night's room charge must be guaranteed via major credit card. The deposit will be refunded, less $50.00 cancellation fee, if the hotel receives notice of cancellation 14 days prior to the arrival date. Cancellations received within 14 days of scheduled arrival date will result in the forfeiture of your entire deposit. The hotel room block cutoff date is May 24, 2021 and are first come, first serve.

A deposit equaling one night's room charge must be guaranteed via major credit card.
