SCAPA had a great turnout for our recent webinar on the updated Asphalt Pavement Design Guide for Low-Volume Roads and Parking Lots. The webinar was given by SCAPA's Technical Director, Kimberly Lyons, Ph.D. She provided an overview of the recently updated Asphalt Pavement Design Guide for Low-Volume Roads and Parking Lots.
