The Ministry of Labour Relations and Workplace Safety is inviting public feedback on its review of The Occupational Health and Safety Regulations, 2020—the first major update since 2006. Aiming to keep regulations relevant to today’s workplaces and consistent across jurisdictions, the review will occur in three stages, with Phase 1 focused on Parts 1–5. A discussion paper outlines key topics such as incident reporting, youth employment in high-risk industries, OHS programs, accident investigations, working alone, harassment and violence, health committees, and first aid. Stakeholders can submit feedback by November 30, 2025, by email or by mail to the Occupational Health and Safety Regulations Review, Ministry of Labour Relations and Workplace Safety, 300–1870 Albert Street, Regina, SK S4P 4W1.
