The Regina & District Chamber of Commerce is currently inviting Expressions of Interest (EOIs) for volunteers to join our 2026 Board of Directors. The closing date for receipt of EOIs is: 12:00 p.m., Tuesday, September 30, 2025. CPHR Saskatchewan and its counterparts across Canada have partnered with McLean & Company, an HR research and advisory company, to develop and carry out a member survey about upcoming HR trends. Members who complete the survey will receive McLean’s full 2026 HR Trends Report and a research package. The survey is open until September 19, 2025, and will take 15 to 20 minutes to complete. The financial health of working Canadians may finally be improving after years of decline, according to a new survey by the National Payroll Institute. The survey found the proportion of workers who described themselves as financially stressed has decreased from 41 per cent in 2024 to 36 per cent in 2025, while the share of employees who said they’re financially comfortable increased from 28 per cent to 30 per cent. Associate members wishing to pursue the CPHR designation and write the NKE must be NKE Ready. Being NKE Ready means associate members have met the coursework requirement and received approval from CPHR Saskatchewan prior to registering for the NKE. For those requesting transcripts, if the name on your transcripts or reports is different than your current name, please update the "maiden name" in your member profile. NKE Prep Courses NKE Waiver There is a minimum requirement of 10 CPD hours annually and, during any three-year rolling period, a minimum of 60 CPD hours, including a three-hour ethics course. Ethics Course: CPHR Canada has partnered with illuxi to offer a three-hour ethics course called Navigating Change: Ethical Responsibilities in the Digital Age. After reviewing all the information, if you have questions, please email info@cphrsk.ca. The Validation of Experience (VOE) requirements and application align with the revised competency framework. We strongly encourage all CPHR candidates to review the information below before completing the application: Applicants must successfully demonstrate a minimum of eight (8) examples where HR work is at the advisory HR level and aligned to the HR competencies. There is a maximum of twelve (12) examples that can be provided.
