CPHR Saskatchewan is recruiting for an Executive Coordinator to join our team! This position will provide high-level administrative and operational support to the CEO / Registrar and the Marketing and Events Manager, ensuring efficient operations, seamless coordination of schedules, communications, executive-level initiatives, and planning and executing association events.  To view the posting, click here. We invite members to submit their Expressions of Interest to serve on the CPHR Saskatchewan Board of Directors. We are seeking to grow the following skills, competencies, and backgrounds on our Board: Accounting/financial experience, Mid-career professionals (8 - 10 years of HR experience) with the Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation, and representation from communities outside of Saskatchewan’s two largest cities (Saskatoon / Regina). The next NKE will take place on Nov. 6, 2025. Registration deadline is Sept 12, 2025. Click here for more information.

Associate members wishing to pursue the CPHR designation and write the NKE must be NKE Ready. Being NKE Ready means associate members have met the coursework requirement and received approval from CPHR Saskatchewan prior to registering for the NKE.

For those requesting transcripts, if the name on your transcripts or reports is different than your current name, please update the "maiden name" in your member profile.

NKE Prep Courses
NKE prep courses are available to writers with the theoretical knowledge and test-taking strategies needed to write the NKE effectively. These are not mandatory.

NKE Waiver
Graduates of CPHR-accredited post-secondary programs may be eligible to apply for an NKE Waiver. Click here to see a list of CPHR Saskatchewan and CPHR Member Associations' Accredited Post-Secondary Institutions. CPHR Saskatchewan's educational requirement must be met. 

There is a minimum requirement of 10 CPD hours annually and, during any three-year rolling period, a minimum of 60 CPD hours, including a three-hour ethics course.

Ethics Course: CPHR Canada has partnered with illuxi to offer a three-hour ethics course called Navigating Change: Ethical Responsibilities in the Digital Age. Completing this free ethics course will provide you with the three-hour minimum ethics requirement for your designation. Learn more here.

The next VOE intake is August 30, 2025 by 9 a.m. It is recommended to have the application submitted a few weeks prior to the deadline in case the application requires additional information.

Applicants must successfully demonstrate a minimum of eight (8) examples where HR work is at the advisory HR level and aligned to the HR competencies. There is a maximum of twelve (12) examples that can be provided.
