Contact Conference 2025, powered by the Saskatoon Industry Education Council, is seeking three HR professionals from small, medium and large businesses to discuss innovative strategies and practical approaches for attracting and retaining employees in today’s competitive environment for a panel discussion, moderated by our CEO/Registrar, Ashlee Langlois. The next NKE will take place in Nov. 6, 2025. Stay tuned for more information. Associate members wishing to pursue the CPHR designation and write the NKE must be NKE Ready. Being NKE Ready means associate members have met the coursework requirement and received approval from CPHR Saskatchewan prior to registering for the NKE. For those requesting transcripts, if the name on your transcripts or reports is different than your current name, please update the "maiden name" in your member profile. NKE Prep Courses NKE Waiver CPHRs, the deadline to submit 2024 CPD hours is Jan. 15, 2025. Remember to complete your declaration. Individual emails went out on Dec. 2 to CPHRs in their three-year rolling period, Jan. 1, 2022 - Dec. 31, 2024. There is a minimum requirement of 10 CPD hours annually and, during any three-year rolling period, a minimum of 60 CPD hours, including a three-hour ethics course. Ethics Course: We are excited to share that CPHR Canada has partnered with illuxi to offer a new three-hour ethics course called Navigating Change: Ethical Responsibilities in the Digital Age. The Validation of Experience (VOE) requirements and application align with the revised competency framework. We strongly encourage all CPHR candidates to review the information below before completing the application: Applicants must successfully demonstrate a minimum of eight examples where HR work is at the advisory HR level and aligned to the HR competencies. Starting in 2025, provide no more than 12 examples.
