The next NKE will take place Nov. 14, 2024. Learn more here.

As of Jan.1, 2022, associate members wishing to pursue the CPHR designation and write the NKE must be NKE Ready. Being NKE Ready means associate members have met the coursework requirement and received approval from CPHR Saskatchewan prior to registering for the NKE.

For those requesting transcripts, if the name on your transcripts or reports is different than your current name, please update the "maiden name" in your member profile.

NKE Prep Courses
NKE prep courses are available to writers with the theoretical knowledge and test-taking strategies needed to effectively write the NKE. These are not mandatory.

NKE Waiver
Graduates of CPHR-accredited post-secondary programs may be eligible to apply for an NKE Waiver. Click here to see a list of CPHR Saskatchewan and CPHR Member Associations' Accredited Post-Secondary Institutions. CPHR Saskatchewan's minimum educational requirement must be met.

There is a minimum requirement of 10 CPD hours annually and, during any three-year rolling period, a minimum of 60 CPD hours, including a three-hour ethics course.

Annual 2023 CPD (Jan. 1 - Dec. 31, 2023) must be entered by Jan. 15, 2024 to avoid a $50 late fee.

Ethics Course: If you need to take the ethics course for 2023, it must have been completed by Dec. 31, 2023 as the hours must be entered for 2023. Information on the ethics course can be found here along with how to enter the information into the Online Reporting System under FAQ #3.

Three-Year Rolling Period: Jan. 1, 2021 - Dec. 31, 2023
On Dec. 4, Amanpreet Kaur, Member Relations Coordinator, emailed CPHRs in their three-year rolling period, Jan. 1, 2021 to Dec. 31, 2023, with their individual CPD information. The email was sent from akaur@cphrsk.ca. If you are a CPHR that has met all the requirements, you wouldn't have received this email.
