On behalf of CPHR Saskatchewan Board of Directors and Staff, congratulations to the newest professional CPHR designation holders!
CPHR Saskatchewan is currently seeking breakout session speakers for the Annual Conference Oct. 4-5, 2023. Specifically, we are looking for topic experts to give two 60-minute breakout sessions to HR practitioners within a variety of sectors at multiple levels to address current and emerging trends that align to the revised Competency Framework. The HR Professional Awards are returning and will take place in conjunction with the CPHR Saskatchewan Annual Conference Oct. 4-5, 2023 in Saskatoon. Nominations are now open. Click here to learn more about the awards, criteria, eligibility and applications.
CPHR Saskatchewan is currently looking for articles related to business and the human resources profession. The next issue of the HR Saskatchewan magazine will be published in spring 2023. The Saskatoon SPCA is currently looking to fill a number of board positions, to be elected at the AGM in April 2023. Preference will be given to those who possess experience with accounting, human resources and veterinary medicine. CPHR Designation
The 2023 Spring NKE is June 1, 2023. Deadline to register is March 31, 2023. To register for the 2023 Spring NKE, click here. As of Jan. 1, 2022, Associate Members wishing to pursue the CPHR designation and write the NKE must be NKE Ready. Being NKE Ready means Associate Members have met the coursework requirement and received approval from CPHR Saskatchewan prior to registering for the NKE. NKE Prep Courses There is a minimum requirement of 10 CPD hours annually and during any three-year rolling period, a minimum of 60 CPD hours, including a three-hour ethics course. Annual 2023 CPD (Jan. 1 - Dec. 31, 2022) must be entered by Jan. 15, 2024 to avoid a $50 late fee. Popular Links

The Validation of Experience (VOE) requirements and application have been updated to align with the revised competency framework. We strongly encourage all CPHR Candidates to review the information below before completing the application:
The next VOE intake is April 30, 2023. It is recommended to have the application submitted a few weeks prior to the deadline in case the application requires additional information.
