Together, CPHR Canada and the HRPA in Ontario are partnering to conduct a national HR trends survey to learn more about the workplace experiences of Canadian HR professionals. Your feedback will help inform advocacy efforts, improve offerings to our members, and obtain important data for our profession. Click here to participate.
Members are invited to participate in a research project that focuses on the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the relationship between psychosocial risk factors in the workplace, psychological safety, work engagement and intent to leave among certified human resources professionals. The research project is led by Stephanie Maillet, professor and researcher at the Université de Moncton in New Brunswick. Click here to complete the survey. The survey will be available until December 16th. Thank you for your participation!

After reviewing all the information, if you have questions, please contact Holly Guran, Professional Standards Manager, at hguran@cphrsk.ca. The Validation of Experience (VOE) assessment is the final formal step in earning the CPHR designation.
The next VOE intake and application submission deadline is Nov. 30, 2022. It is recommended to submit by Nov. 15 so your application can be reviewed in advance. This gives you time to provide any missing information prior to the deadline. Incomplete applications will not move forward. In early 2023, we will roll out the updated VOE application using the revised competency framework along with any potential changes to the requirements to be used for the April 30, 2023 intake.
