The Validation of Experience (VOE) assessment is the final formal step in earning the CPHR designation.

  • Learn more about VOE requirements and review the VOE Handbook.
  • VOE Webinar highlights requirements and how to complete the VOE application.

The next VOE intake and application submission deadline is Nov. 30, 2022.  It is recommended to submit by Nov. 15 so your application can be reviewed in advance. This gives you time to provide any missing information prior to the deadline. Incomplete applications will not move forward.

In early 2023, we will roll out the updated VOE application using the revised competency framework along with any potential changes to the requirements to be used for the April 30, 2023 intake.
