CPHR Saskatchewan is seeking expressions of interest for the Professional Development Committee. This committee identifies and evaluates learning and development topics and presenters for CPHR Saskatchewan's professional development events, including the Annual Conference. Committee members must be members in good standing with CPHR Saskatchewan, and preference will be given to those with or who are working towards the designation. Should you be interested in volunteering for this committee, please submit your expression of interest outlining your work experience and reason of interest to Nicole Norton Scott, CEO/Registrar (nnortonscott@cphrsk.ca) by Friday, Sept. 9, 2022. Selection and orientation will occur in September 2022.

CPHR Designation
The 2022 Fall NKE will take place November 4, 2022. Deadline to register is September 6, 2022. Click here to learn more. As of Jan. 1, 2022, Associate Members wishing to pursue the CPHR designation and write the NKE must be NKE Ready. Being NKE Ready means Associate Members have met the coursework requirement and received approval from CPHR Saskatchewan prior to registering for the NKE. NKE Prep Courses There is a minimum requirement of 10 CPD hours annually and during any three-year rolling period, a minimum of 60 CPD hours, two categories, and a three-hour ethics course. Annual 2022 CPD (Jan. 1 - Dec. 31, 2022) must be entered by Jan. 15, 2023 to avoid a $50 late fee. Popular Links
After reviewing all the information, if you have questions, please contact Holly Guran, Professional Standards Manager, at hguran@cphrsk.ca. The Validation of Experience (VOE) Assessment is the final formal step in earning the CPHR designation.
The next VOE intake and application submission deadline is Aug. 31, 2022.
