On May 18, 2022, the Government of Saskatchewan proclaimed The Labour Mobility and Fair Registration Practices Act. The legislation requires regulators to make registration decisions in a transparent, objective, timely, impartial, and procedurally fair manner.

CPHR Designation
The 2022 Fall NKE will take place November 4, 2022. Click here to learn more. As of Jan. 1, 2022, Associate Members wishing to pursue the CPHR designation and write the NKE must be NKE Ready. Being NKE Ready means Associate Members have met the coursework requirement and received approval from CPHR Saskatchewan prior to registering for the NKE. There is a minimum requirement of 10 CPD hours annually and during any three-year rolling period, a minimum of 60 CPD hours, two categories, and a three-hour ethics course. Annual 2022 CPD (Jan. 1 - Dec. 31, 2022) must be entered by Jan. 15, 2023 to avoid a $50 late fee. Popular Links
After reviewing all the information, if you have questions, please contact Holly Guran, Professional Standards Manager, at hguran@cphrsk.ca. The Validation of Experience (VOE) Assessment is the final formal step in earning the CPHR designation.
The next VOE intake and application submission deadline is Aug. 31, 2022. It is recommended to submit by Aug. 15 so your application can be reviewed in advance. This gives you time to provide any missing information prior to the deadline.
