As of Jan. 1, 2022, Associate Members wishing to pursue the CPHR designation and write the NKE, must be NKE Ready. There is a minimum requirement of 10 CPD hours annually, and during any three-year rolling period, a minimum of 60 CPD hours, two categories, and a three-hour ethics course. After reviewing all the information, if you have questions, please contact Holly Guran, Professional Standards Manager, at hguran@cphrsk.ca. The Validation of Experience (VOE) Assessment is the final formal step in earning the CPHR designation.
