CPHR Saskatchewan is proud to provide the Pre-Approved for CPD Hours Program for Continued Professional Development (CPD) hours. The program supports CPD needs of our growing population of CPHRs by recognizing quality HR-focused professional development programs. Click here to view a list of our pre-approved partners. Registration is now open for the 2022 Spring NKE on May 26, 2022. As of Jan. 1, 2022, Associate Members wishing to pursue the CPHR designation and write the NKE, must be NKE Ready. Being NKE Ready means Associate Members have met the coursework requirement, and received approval from CPHR Saskatchewan prior to registering for the NKE. Virtual Prep Course Three per cent of CPD submissions will be randomly audited on an annual basis. Those CPHRs who are randomly selected will be notified by March. Please keep all documentation for 18 months following your annual CPD submission in the event you are audited. There is a minimum requirement of 10 CPD hours annually, and during any three-year rolling period, a minimum of 60 CPD hours, two categories, and a three-hour ethics course Annual 2022 CPD (Jan. 1 - Dec. 31, 2022) must be entered by Jan. 15, 2023 to avoid a $50 late fee. After reviewing all the information, if you have questions, please contact Holly Guran, Professional Standards Manager, at hguran@cphrsk.ca. The Validation of Experience (VOE) Assessment is the final formal step in earning the CPHR designation.
The next VOE intake and application submission deadline is April 30, 2022. It is recommended to submit by April 15 so your application can be reviewed in advance. This gives you time to provide any missing information prior to the deadline.
