The fall 2021 National Knowledge Exam (NKE) is set for Nov. 3 and 4, 2021. Register here. The deadline to register is Sept. 10, 2021.

Please note that the 2021 fall NKE is the last chance for members without HR education to pass the exam before the foundational course requirement. Learn more about this here.

The Validation of Experience (VOE) Assessment is the final formal step in earning the CPHR designation.

The next VOE intake and application submission deadline is Nov. 30, 2021. It is recommended to submit by Nov. 23 so your application can be reviewed in advance. This gives you time to provide any missing information prior to the deadline.
