National Knowledge Exam — Fall 2021

The Fall 2021 National Knowledge Exam (NKE) is set for Nov. 3 and 4, 2021. Register here. The deadline to register is Sept. 10, 2021.

Please note that the 2021 fall NKE is the last chance for members without HR education to pass the exam before the foundational course requirement. Learn more about this here.

Validation of Experience (VOE) Assessment

The Validation of Experience (VOE) Assessment is the final formal step in earning the CPHR designation.

  • Learn more about VOE requirements and review the VOE Handbook
  • VOE Webinar highlights requirements and how to complete the VOE application 

The next VOE intake, and application submission deadline is Aug. 31, 2021. It is recommended to submit by Aug. 23 so your application can be reviewed in advance. This gives you time to provide any missing information prior to the deadline.
