The Fall 2021 National Knowledge Exam (NKE) is set for Nov. 3 and 4, 2021. Register here.

Virtual Prep Course
CPHR Manitoba is running a virtual prep course for the 2021 Fall NKE. This virtual course adds the benefit of having live lectures and a facilitator that is available to assist with questions throughout the duration of the course. All lectures are recorded and participants have access to watch the recordings as they study for the exam. HR Foundational Course Requirement

Effective January 2022, members who do not have a 2 year HR Diploma or Degree/Masters in HR; and have not passed the NKE, will be required to take 9 foundational HR courses prior to writing the NKE.  As such, the upcoming November 2021 exam is the last chance for members without HR education to pass the NKE before the foundational course requirement..

The Validation of Experience (VOE) Assessment is the final formal step in earning the CPHR designation.

The next VOE intake, and application submission deadline is Aug. 31, 2021. It is recommended to submit by Aug. 23 so your application can be reviewed in advance. This gives you time to provide any missing information prior to the deadline.
