Big Brothers Big Sisters of Regina and Area has identified the need to review and revise its human resources policies and procedures. The Board of Directors and Executive Director are seeking the in-kind assistance of an HR professional to help in this process. This professional will work with our ad-hoc HR Policy Committee to complete this project. The start date would be in early May and we hope to have the work completed by early fall. A project plan will be developed once the position is filled. The next VOE intake, and application submission deadline is April 30, 2021.
