Big Brothers Big Sisters of Regina and Area has identified the need to review and revise its human resources policies and procedures. The Board of Directors and Executive Director are seeking the in-kind assistance of an HR professional to help in this process. This professional will work with our ad-hoc HR Policy Committee to complete this project. The start date would be in early May and we hope to have the work completed by early fall. A project plan will be developed once the position is filled. The Validation of Experience (VOE) Assessment is the final formal step in earning the CPHR designation.

The next VOE intake, and application submission deadline is April 30, 2021. It is recommended to submit by April 14 so your application can be reviewed in advance. This gives you time to provide any missing information prior to the deadline.
