CPHR Designation
Register now for the National Knowledge Exam (NKE) May 26 and 27, 2021. The registration deadline is April 2, 2021. Three per cent of CPD submissions will be randomly audited on an annual basis. Those CPHRs who are randomly selected will be notified by March. Please keep all documentation for 18 months following your annual CPD submission in the event you are audited. Annual 2021 CPD (Jan. 1-Dec. 31, 2021) must be entered by Jan. 15, 2022 to avoid a $50 late fee. Popular Links
After reviewing all the information, if you have questions, please contact Holly Guran, Professional Standards Manager at hguran@cphrsk.ca. The Validation of Experience (VOE) Assessment is the final formal step in earning the CPHR designation.
The next VOE intake, and application submission deadline is April 30, 2021. It is recommended to submit by April 14 so your application can be reviewed in advance. This gives you time to provide any missing information prior to the deadline.

In December 2020, the federal government invited CPHR Canada and its members to participate in a survey to gain insight into the issue of mental health in the workplace. In response to the invitation, more than 90 per cent of respondents noticed an increase in the number of workers experiencing psychological health issues that stem from the workplace.
