The end of the year arrives with tinsel, team lunches, and the hum of carols drifting from breakroom speakers. CPHR Designation

The next NKE will take place in November, 2026. Registration will open in February/March 2026.

Associate members wishing to pursue the CPHR designation and write the NKE must be NKE Ready. Being NKE Ready means associate members have met the coursework requirement and received approval from CPHR Saskatchewan prior to registering for the NKE.

For those requesting transcripts, if the name on your transcripts or reports is different than your current name, please update the "maiden name" in your member profile.

NKE Prep Courses
NKE prep courses are available to writers with the theoretical knowledge and test-taking strategies needed to write the NKE effectively. These are not mandatory.

NKE Waiver
Graduates of CPHR-accredited post-secondary programs may be eligible to apply for an NKE Waiver. Click here to see a list of CPHR Saskatchewan and CPHR Member Associations' Accredited Post-Secondary Institutions. CPHR Saskatchewan's educational requirement must be met.

Please Note: CPHRs, FCPHRs, Retired CPHRs, and Retired FCPHRs who are required to submit CPD hours for 2025 should have received an email on November 3rd from Amanpreet Kaur, Member Relations Coordinator (akaur@cphrsk.ca). This message included personalized details regarding your CPD hours and declaration. Amanpreet is now on leave for one year. Queen Sobere-George will be filling in as Member Relations Coordinator during Amanpreet’s absence. Queen can be reached through email at info@cphrsk.ca, qsobere-george@cphrsk.ca or by phone 306-242-2747.

Typically, this email is sent during the first week of December; however, this year it was distributed the first week of November.

If you have already met all CPD requirements and completed your 2025 declaration, you would not have received this email.

There is a minimum requirement of 10 CPD hours annually and, during any three-year rolling period, a minimum of 60 CPD hours, including a three-hour ethics course.

Ethics Course: CPHR Canada has partnered with illuxi to offer a three-hour ethics course called Navigating Change: Ethical Responsibilities in the Digital Age. Completing this free ethics course will provide you with the three-hour minimum ethics requirement for your designation. Learn more here.
