Expression of Interest — Board of Directors

We invite members to submit their Expressions of Interest, to serve on the CPHR Saskatchewan Board of Directors. This is a two-year term from September 2021-2023. Given Board Succession, the Governance and Human Resources Committee is seeking specific interest from those with legal and accounting expertise to fill two of the potential five Director positions.

Interested members should submit their Expression of Interest, complete with a cover letter stating reasons why you should be considered, and how you meet the expectations and criteria detailed within CPHR Saskatchewan Director duties. 

The Governance and Human Resources Committee will be preparing and recommending a slate of candidates to be presented to the membership by Wednesday, Aug. 11, 2021 for ratification at the Virtual AGM on Thursday, Sept. 16, 2021 at 12:00 p.m. For more information on procedures for election, see Article 9 - Administrative Bylaws.
