CPD Requirements & Online Reporting System (ORS)
CPHRs, the deadline to submit 2024 CPD hours is Jan. 15, 2025. Remember to complete your declaration. Individual emails went out on Dec. 2 to CPHRs in their three-year rolling period, Jan. 1, 2022 - Dec. 31, 2024.
There is a minimum requirement of 10 CPD hours annually and, during any three-year rolling period, a minimum of 60 CPD hours, including a three-hour ethics course.
Ethics Course: We are excited to share that CPHR Canada has partnered with illuxi to offer a new three-hour ethics course called Navigating Change: Ethical Responsibilities in the Digital Age.
