CPD Requirements & Online Reporting System (ORS)
There is a minimum requirement of 10 CPD hours annually and, during any three-year rolling period, a minimum of 60 CPD hours, including a three-hour ethics course.
Ethics Course: There will be a new ethics course rolled out in May 2024. Information will be shared in the months to come. If you have not taken the ethics course or have taken it and need to do so again by Dec. 31, 2024, please wait for the new course.
Audit: 3% of CPD submissions will be randomly audited for 2023. Those professional members (CPHRs) who were randomly selected have been notified.
