CPHR Saskatchewan's Mentorship Program provides the framework for members to be partnered with other members for the purpose of enhancing professional development and building professional relationships in a meaningful and supportive way. These relationships enable program participants to exchange knowledge, develop skills and competencies, share experiences, share resources and build a community of thought-partners in Saskatchewan. Whether you are new to the field of HR or a senior practitioner, the program can support your development and growth as an HR professional.

Who Can Participate:
Current members of CPHR Saskatchewan in good standing who work in HR or are pursuing a career in HR in Saskatchewan are eligible to apply. The CPHR Saskatchewan Mentorship Program is not a job search program but rather a program to support active learning.


How to Apply:
The program runs annually from January to December. Applications will be accepted from Sept. 22 - Nov. 26, 2021. Applicants will be notified of partnership matches in December. The Virtual Meet and Greet will take place on Dec. 8, 2021 from 12 p.m - 1 p.m.

There is a no registration fee to participate as a Mentor or Protégé.
