Expression of Interest — Validation of Experience (VOE) Committee

The Validation of Experience (VOE) Committee’s purpose is to ensure that Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) Candidate members meet the three-year or eight-year HR experience requirements and standards to obtain the CPHR designation. The work of this committee involves reviewing VOE applications three times per year with intake dates being April 30, Aug. 31 and Dec. 31. The work of this committee is deadline driven and can be extensive depending on the number of applications received. The majority of the work occurs two to five weeks after the intake date.

• Committee members must have their CPHR designation
• Committee members are appointed to terms of a minimum of two years to a maximum of six years
• CPHRs receive CPD hours for their time on this committee

Should you be interested in volunteering for this committee please submit your expression of interest including your work experience to Holly Guran, Professional Standards Manager by Friday, May 28, 2021. Selection will happen by June 30, 2021. Orientation will occur over the summer.
