Response to Consultation Regarding Mental Health Initiated by the Labor Program

In December 2020, the federal government invited CPHR Canada and its members to participate in a survey to gain insight into the issue of mental health in the workplace. In response to the invitation, more than 90% of respondents noticed an increase in the number of workers experiencing psychological health issues that stem from the workplace.
