CPHR Canada Survey

The federal government has committed to making mental health a key component of the Canada Labour Code and will require federally regulated employers to take preventative measures to address workplace stress and injury. As part of the process to amend the Code, the federal government launched a consultation to gain insight into the issue of mental health in the workplace.

CPHR Canada will respond to the invitation to comment. Membership input would be of great value in preparing our response. In this respect, we would appreciate if you could share the following survey with your members as soon as possible. Please also feel free to respond.
