Almost two-thirds of RV dealers who also rent RVs surveyed this spring said their bookings for the upcoming summer season either equal or exceed their bookings for the same period as last year, according to a survey conducted this spring by the RV Rental Association (RVRA), a division of the national RV Dealers Association (RVDA).
Thirty-four (34) percent of the RV rental operators responding to the survey said their 2025 bookings exceeded 2024 levels while another 29 percent said their number of reservations equaled last year’s. Seventeen (17) percent of RV renters said their bookings were up 5 to 9 percent over last year’s while 5 percent said they were up 20 percent or more.

Canadian retail sales statistics for March 2025 are now available for both motorized and towable recreational vehicles. These statistics will allow dealers to better manage the inventory on their lot by knowing which units are selling in their area, which price points are attracting buyers as well as knowing the local trends affecting their marketplace.
