The 2019 RV Dealers Convention/Expo will feature a 60-minute session by Meaghan Cooper, Director of Operations at PowerBDC. The convention/expo is the premier education and networking event for North American RV dealers and takes place Nov. 11-15 at Caesars Palace on the Las Vegas strip.

Cooper’s workshop, “What is Your Lead Handling Process Costing You?” will be her first-ever presentation at the RV Dealers Convention/Expo. During this educational workshop, Cooper will demonstrate how a lead should be handled from the start, down to the final stages of the customer’s buying cycle.

She will discuss different types of leads generated through the internet, floor traffic, and referrals. Every lead, regardless of source or type, needs an appropriate follow-up process that is dynamic. Multiple mediums are needed to connect with customers in the lead-handling process. Knowing when to use each medium, or knowing how long to follow a customer, is difficult and will take a great deal of trial and error. Video preview of workshop.

During this workshop, attendees will learn:

-How to engage with their traffic and existing database properly to increase sales with ZERO additional marketing expense

-The importance of follow up chains, word tracks, and communication campaigns

-Creativity skills and how to target properly with the right communication resources

Visit the convention website for more information about the workshops and speakers as they are announced. The schedule-at-a-glance can be viewed here and will be updated periodically as the convention approaches.
