November 2025 Canada RV RECT Recap
• Partially due to the seasonal shift, Repair Event Cycle Times (RECT) at Canadian RV dealerships increased in November.
> The average RECT rose to 44 days, up from 29 days in October, but still the fastest November average recorded.
• The increase in RECT was consistent across the main bottlenecks, with both Warranty Coverage and Out-Of-Stock Parts cycle times rising by over two weeks compared to October.
> Work orders with Warranty Coverage averaged 75 days, a notable increase from October's 60 days.
> Out-of-Stock Part work orders averaged 84 days, also higher than October's 76 days. This marks a significant slowdown compared to the previous month, reversing the improvements seen in October.
• The data suggests that supply chain and warranty processing delays contributed to the extended cycle times.
