RVDA of Canada Keynote to Tackle Sales Momentum

Karen Kelly, sales transformation expert will deliver the keynote address at the RVDA of Canada annual meeting on Nov. 12 at Paris Las Vegas.

The presentation will take place during the RVDA Convention/Expo, which occurs Nov. 10-14.

The session, titled “Stuck Deals and Accelerate Sales Velocity,” will address what RVDA of Canada called a pressing challenge: consumers enthusiastic about the RV lifestyle who disappear into indecision amid economic uncertainty.

Kelly is the founder and CEO of K2 Performance Consulting and the K2 Sales Academy. She has spent over 25 years helping B2B enterprise sales teams and sales leaders turn stalled deals into closed revenue.

As host of The K2 Sales podcast, she regularly speaks with B2B industry sales and marketing leaders about cutting through cluttered processes and unclear direction that trap deals in endless cycles of indecision.

“Economic factors like interest rates, inflation and market volatility are creating hesitation among buyers,” Kelly said. “Too many dealers are letting this landscape cloud their approach when customers need confident guidance more than ever.”

Kelly’s presentation will introduce attendees to the Velocity 3R System. The system channels sales activity into results by focusing on direction over speed. The system’s three components are:

  • Reveal – Lead with Real Talk: Build trust through transparent conversations about ownership reality rather than perfect pitches.
  • Revisit – Get Back to Sales Fundamentals: Return to core sales principles, ensuring alignment on lifestyle goals, decision-maker involvement and financing reality.
