The 2023 RV Industry Compensation Study (formerly the RV industry payroll survey) will be released in early February.
RVDA of Canada annual compensation study supports excellence across the RV sector through providing relevant and reliable data. Having access to robust data will help you make informed business decisions and help your national, provincial and regional associations advance discussions with government officials and industry partners.
The 2023 study will be carried out by The Portage Group. The Portage Group has previously conducted the RV industry economic impact analysis as well as the annual compensation study.
This study relies on your input to offer a holistic view of the overall number of people employed in the RV sector, remuneration and benefit statistics covering staff at all levels.
The compensation study organizes dealership positions by department and the comprehensive analysis offers the most robust benchmarking tools available to you.
