The Level 1 online course takes the learner through modules on Propane Systems, Electrical Systems, Water Systems, Appliances, Generators, Chassis and Body. The purpose of the course is to teach a technician the knowledge and skills needed to prepare an RV for customer delivery by verifying the operation of all components.

The course includes an electronic version of the supporting textbooks that can be viewed or printed, and an opportunity to take the two Level 1 Certification Exams. It is recommended that the learner attempt the test before the expiration of their course access, so they can still access the course for additional instruction and study, if necessary.
