The survey summary report will provide you with the most pertinent information such as average retail shop rate, hourly wage and monthly earnings with a range from low to high as well as the type of employee benefits offered. We know there is an industry-wide shortage of skilled labour but just how big is our struggle to recruit talents to join the industry?
