  • Day 1 Keynote Speaker (April 28): Erick Rheam – Former Military Police Officer & Utility Leader | Speaker & Author
    Erick’s mission is to help busy professional men and women cut through the whirlwind, so they can rise above the chaos to discover their significance so that they can redefine their purpose and gain the courage to act.
  • Day 2 Keynote Speaker (April 29): Duane Highley – Chief Executive Officer, Tri-State Generation & Transmission Association, Inc.
    Duane brings 39 years of cooperative experience, including prior roles as President/CEO of AECC and AECI, and currently serves as Co-Chair of the Electric Subsector Coordinating Council (ESCC).

🚀 2026 Emerging Leader Award Nominations are Due on January 30

Do you know a rising star with between 5–10 years of experience who’s making a difference in the electric utility industry? Nominate them for the Alltricity Network Emerging Leader Award, to be presented and celebrated at the 2026 Spring Conference happening April 27-29 in Omaha, NE. Supervisors, mentors, or colleagues are encouraged to nominate a candidate from their organization, whether they manage others or are individual contributors.
