In March, the SEC released its proposed new rules for cyber reporting under Form 8-K. Specifically, the SEC seeks to require an organization to report “material” cybersecurity incidents within four business days after it determines that such an incident occurred. While it remains to be seen what the final rules will look like, the proposal has raised some concerns.

The Russian military said it used long-range missiles Wednesday to destroy a depot in the western Lviv region of Ukraine where ammunition for NATO-supplied weapons was being stored. Those strikes came as fighting raged for the city of Sievierodonetsk in Ukraine’s eastern Donbas area, the key focus of Russia’s offensive in recent weeks.
