The RIMS report defines key insurance terms that must be understood by contract reviewers, as well as common contract clauses that impact the validity of both the contract and insurance policies. The goal of this report is to ensure that organizations understand the responsibilities of an insured based on insurance policy language, understand certain contractual clauses relative to policy language, and are able to navigate the interplay between the two.
