Geopolitical risk entered the top seven concerns for directors and officers globally for the first time, up from 15th a year earlier, Willis’ annual D&O survey found. Automation cost savings are not meeting projections, a Bain & Co. survey of 951 companies found. Among firms tracking savings, 40% saw cuts of 10% or less.
