1. I believe that’s twice a year and perfect.
2. It seems like L.A./Orange County only meet 2 or 3 times a year, and always in the most congested parts of LA. Perhaps a meeting or two in northern L.A. County.

1. I believe it’s important to be visible and pertinent.

8. Do you have any suggestions on how CRA can better serve you?
1. Not at tis time.
2. More fun events! Do more sporting events that include networking or maybe offer a deep seafishing charter or maybe a football/hockey/baseball game. Also at the Rental Rally, I feel like Topgolf was a lot of fun, doing the private chef experience at one of Wolfgang Puck’s restaurants was an experience I will never forget, but having to pay to basically hear a sales pitch from Ahern is not really something I’m interested in. If I have to hear a sales pitch, I shouldn’t have to pay for my lunch.
3. CRA could consider subsidizing the annual cost of membership to Crime Prevention Program for CRA members. The price is now $995 per year. An increase from $795.
4. Networking. Work with ARA and their training programs.
5. Information about selling your business not to a family member and information about leasing your commercial property.
6. Keep the momentum going with training videos. Need to fill the member library, don’t wait for the buzz on the current videos.

9. Survey Ideas
1. Repeal the minimum wage.
2. Forklift certification. I know it’s been done in the past. Any interest to do again?
