1. What type of Rentals do you have?

2. How often do you do Employee Performance Reviews?

1. Should be every six months, I think.
2. I comment immediately when someone screws up. That’s the review.
3. Sporadically.
4. Hate performance reviews, no real upside telling someone they are average, never makes them feel good. Vast majority of employees are average.

3. How long do your Performance Reviews take?

1. The employees fill out a self evaluation form and that is reviewed by upper management.
2. Could be 30 min, could be up to one hour.
