This month, we asked members about online reservations. If you have additional ideas for surveys for CRA members, please email CRA at Info@CalRental.org.

1. What type of Rentals do you have?
General Tool: 63% (15 responses)
Party: 13% (3 responses)
Both General Tool and Party: 25% (6 responses)

2. Do you take reservations online?
Yes: 33% (8 responses)

Additional comments:
1. Our reservation is a “wish list,” we still make customer come into the store with payment to confirm.
2. We take quotes online that we can convert into reservations.
3. We take quote requests.
4. Must be confirmed with call back.
5. Quotes that suggest calling to reserve with credit card.
6. Customers can create an online quote by selecting items and giving client and event details.
