"On Hold" Message Service

Thank you to all who take time to participate in our surveys. CRA uses the information we gather to better serve you. If you have an idea for a survey for CRA members, please send your request to CRA at Info@CalRental.org. This month, we asked members about "on-hold" messaging services.

1. How much?
2. A subscription fee versus a one time production fee seems quite pricey. Most phone systems have the capability of having a MOH within, and playing on queue.
3. I had a high pressure saleslady bug me years ago.
4. How much after 90 days?.

6. Yes. Surprised we have not offered this previously.

5. Do you have any additional comments on this survey?
1. I hope this is not the company that approached me 20 plus years ago because the woman was a royal pain. Also this company said they were a preferred vendor of either the CRA or the ARA, I forget which one, and they were not. When I did report them suddenly I stopped getting the phone calls. High pressure sales tactics.

3. I have on hold service but will listen to the CRA alternative
