RFMA 2019 Session Preview - I’m a New Facility Manager. Now What?

In this highly interactive “Facility Management 101” session, attendees will receive answers to a variety of facility management questions, learn industry best practices, and enhance their professional skills in order to better excel in their new facility management career. Geared toward new facility managers who are looking for answers to everyday facility management questions, this session will provide an open forum for discussion on how to: manage facility operations, handle facility emergencies, maximize internal and external resources for efficiency, communicate to get results, improve negotiation skills, and optimize networking opportunities.
