RFMA 2019 Session Preview - The Roof Portfolio View, “Managing for the Lowest Total Cost of Ownership”

Speakers: Al Janni (Single Ply Roofing Industry), Bill Pegnato (Pegnato Roof Intelligence Network, LLC), and Samantha Pickelman (Duro-Last Roofing, Inc.)
Developed specifically for facility managers, this course will help attendees understand their roof portfolio with information that will enable them to maximize the service life of the roofs while minimizing the cost. It will highlight the need to understand what they have. After identifying and prioritizing problems areas in the current roofing portfolio, they will learn the technical options for replacing vs. repairing, local roofing codes, and maintenance that can help develop a full roof portfolio plan to increase the longevity of their roofs.
