RFMA 2019 Session Preview - The Dishroom Dilemma – Why Am I in a Sauna and How do I Get Out!

This session will provide a snapshot of adverse conditions found in casual dining restaurants and strategies to resolve hot, humid conditions. The speaker will delve into the history and future of dish room designs taking into consideration sensible and latent heat gains and possible solutions to resolve. This session will also show what to look for in future designs.
