Today begins with the Distinguished Achievers Breakfast featuring keynote speaker Brian Billick, Fox NFL Analyst, NFL Network Contributor and Former Super Bowl-winning Head Coach, Baltimore Ravens (1999-2007). Also speaking at the breakfast are FirstNet Authority Chair Edward D. Horowitz and FCC Chairman Ajit Pai. Brian Billick will be in the APCO Pavilion immediately following the breakfast for a photo opp with attendees.

Tonight APCO's Block Party is heading to the ballpark. Attendees will enjoy an evening to remember at Camden Yards, home of the Baltimore Orioles, where they can explore the grounds and partake in local cuisine. You will need your badge to enter the event and additional tickets are available for purchase at the registration desk before 4:30 p.m. today.

  • Voting for the 2019-2020 Executive Committee closes today at 2:00 p.m. ET. Election results will be announced at the Second General Business Session taking place at 4:00 p.m. in the Baltimore Convention Center, 307-310.
  • Don’t forget to participate in the Expo Quest by dropping your card off at the APCO Pavilion.
  • Professional Development and Career Advancement sessions run through the day and there is an ECC Tour beginning at noon.
  • Be sure to visit the Dog Demo area at 10:45 a.m. or 2:45 p.m.to see th Baltimore City Police K9 Unit in action.
  • Check out a live demo of APCO's IntelliComm at 11:30 a.m., 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. in the APCO Pavilion.
  • Join us for the 2nd VP Reception immediately following the General Business Session.
